Supported Columns
Your file must have at least these columns (names are flexible):

| Date | date, order_date, sale_date, day, transaction_date |
| Dish name | dish_name, item, item_name, product, menu_item, dish, description |
| Quantity sold | quantity_sold, qty, quantity, count, units_sold, sold |
Optional: covers, weather, temperature_c, event_flag, event_note
